Christofer Pinzone, Sicilian origins and international culinary passport.
He traveled around Italy knowing various cultures and attitudes to food, he learned how to appreciate raw materials living in large cities, where finding quality products was a difficult task. Since 2019 he has decided to lead White‘s kitchen, forging admirable synergies with local artisans.
